Training me through school doesn’t mean I will marry you— Lady (Video)

In the video, a lady explains why she will not marry her partner, even though he sponsored her through school. She stated that her partner has no right to feel entitled to marriage from her, even though he paid for her education. 

The lady went on to explain that she faced ridicule at the hands of his family, who saw her as nothing but a financial burden on their relative. Some social media users gave their opinions on the matter, with one advising men to be wise and view their efforts as charity rather than having anything else in mind. Another user suggested that the lady should not have accepted her partner's offer to pay her school fees, considering the type of family he has. Yet another user advised the partner to have a written agreement in place in the future if he wants to sponsor someone through school.
