She made this profound revelation during a live session at Pastor Jerry Eze‘s Streams of Joy International Church, located in Dallas, USA.

Dora, who is a single mother of three, disclosed how her years of fervent prayers and unwavering faith culminated in what she described as a “miraculous marital settlement.”

In a video that was subsequently reposted on Facebook by Nigerian priest Reverend Father Kelvin Ugwu, Dora expressed immense gratitude to God for answering her prayers after nine years of waiting for a life partner.

“What God cannot do does not exist. We dey pray, e dey show. My name is Dora, and I’m giving my testimony from Streams of Joy, Dallas.

“Indeed, the lord has shown me mercy. Since 2020, I have been on this altar, believing God for a life partner. I’m a single mother of three and I have been believing God for over nine years for a divine settlement. I kept on praying, I said God settle me,” she passionately shared.

How I met my husband, Reverend Father Daniel Okonatotor

Dora recounted her journey of faith and how divine intervention led her to her husband, Reverend Father Daniel Okanatotor. She explained that in 2024, during a prayer session led by Pastor Jerry Eze, he made a prophetic declaration for women in their 30s and 40s to find life partners. Following what she described as divine instruction, Dora decided to relocate. This move brought her back into contact with Daniel, a man she had known since childhood. Their reconnection was swift and intentional, as they exchanged contact details and began a relationship.

Dora shared that the relationship progressed quickly, leading to their wedding, which took place on July 29, 2024, in the United States. This union marked a significant turning point in both their lives.

Notably, during her testimony, Dora chose not to address Daniel’s status as a Catholic priest. However, their wedding photos, which have since gone viral on social media, revealed the circumstances surrounding their union. Reverend Father Daniel’s decision to marry without being formally released from his canonical obligations as a Catholic priest ultimately led to his suspension from priestly duties.

The Diocese of Warri has not yet issued further statements regarding the matter. The story, however, has sparked extensive discussions online, with many debating issues of faith, priestly celibacy, and the implications of personal decisions within religious contexts.
