The unexpected revelation was shared on the popular video-sharing platform, TikTok, by a netizen identified as Ammielewis, who could not believe what her family had just discovered.
According to Ammielewis, her mother had been feeling slightly unwell for some time. Initially, the family assumed it was due to age-related health concerns. However, when she was taken to the hospital for a medical check-up, doctors ran a series of tests that led to a shocking discovery—she was already 12 weeks pregnant.
The news left her entire family in a state of disbelief, as they had never imagined such a possibility at her age. Even more astonishing was the fact that her mother, despite the concerns raised by family members, made the bold decision to keep the baby.

“When I found out that my 76-year-old mother was diagnosed with pregnancy at 12 weeks, I was completely in shock. I never imagined something like this could happen at her age.
My mom has always been an energetic and lively woman, but none of us expected that she would still be capable of conceiving at this stage in her life. Despite all the doubts and fears, my mother remained unwavering in her decision. She firmly chose to keep the baby, determined to go through with the pregnancy no matter what. In her words, ‘I will become the oldest mother in history if I have to.’
