A tragic and shocking incident has been reported in Kubwa, Abuja, involving a pregnant woman who allegedly set her husband’s side chick on fire, leading to her untimely death.
This heart-wrenching story was disclosed by an X user, simply identified as Biola, who narrated how the suspect had suspected the deceased of being romantically involved with her husband. The confrontation allegedly escalated during a visit from the victim on Christmas Day, resulting in the suspect pouring petrol on her and setting her ablaze.
According to Biola, the victim was rushed to the National Hospital in a bid to save her life. Unfortunately, she succumbed to the severe injuries sustained during the incident. Biola wrote, “A pregnant woman in Kubwa poured petrol on and set fire to a lady she suspected of being her husband’s side chick, who had visited them on Christmas Day. The victim was rushed to the National Hospital but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries.”
He further added, “The offense is murder, and the perpetrator will likely remain in prison for the rest of her life. The day you take another human life is the day your own life effectively ends.”
Another eyewitness, who confirmed the tragic event, revealed that the victim was buried the day after the incident at the Gudu Cemetery in Abuja. The netizen wrote, “I swear this thing happened on my street…I know both the burner and the burniee. She was buried yesterday at Gudu Cemetery. The heart of man is indeed evil. On top of national priq, you go kill your fellow woman. I love that she later got justice ‘cos the husband dey flaunt policemen.”
