In a heartfelt message on his media page, Peter Obi said, "On behalf of my family, I condole with the mother and entire family of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, Mohbad, over his painful demise." He acknowledged the difficulty of parents losing a child with a promising future and called for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Mohbad's death. Peter Obi also recognized the loss of a talented artist in the music and entertainment industry and offered prayers for eternal rest and strength for the family and fans.
