A heartbroken Nigerian mother has taken to social media to publicly call out an unidentified school following the tragic and sudden passing of her young daughter.
In an emotional video shared on TikTok, the grieving mother recounted how she had taken a picture of her daughter before she left for school that fateful morning, unaware that it would be the last moment she would see her alive.
She disclosed that just four hours after her daughter left home, she received a devastating phone call from the school, informing her that her child had passed away and that her body had been moved to the mortuary without any prior explanation.
The mother further alleged that a close associate had informed her that a teacher at the school had hit her daughter on the head, which led to her untimely demise before she could receive medical attention at the hospital.
She expressed her anguish and frustration, revealing that the school management has yet to provide a clear or reasonable explanation regarding the circumstances surrounding her daughter's tragic death.
Sharing her grief, she wrote, “This was the last picture I took of my child before she was taken to school. Later, I was told she’s no more. Four hours later, the school called me, telling me my daughter’s body is in the mortuary. But someone at the school told me that her teacher hit her on the head because she was crying too much.”
Her heartbreaking revelation has sparked outrage online, with many demanding justice for the deceased child and calling for a thorough investigation into the incident.
