Identified as Doctor H20, the student is reportedly enrolled at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana, where he is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Physics.
It is understood that he dedicates his after-school hours to selling water, using the proceeds to help cover his tuition fees.
The video, which has gained significant attention online, shows him offering sachets of water to football fans who had gathered at a stadium to watch a match.
