A young man has shared the heartbreaking conversation he had with his girlfriend, who broke-shamed him after she secretly terminated her pregnancy without informing him.
The man, who recently graduated from FUTA, revealed that he was in a committed relationship with the lady and had given her his all. However, when she became pregnant in January, she made the decision to abort the baby without discussing it with him first.
Adding insult to injury, she further broke-shamed him by sarcastically asking if he planned to feed the baby with leaves, implying that he was financially incapable of taking care of a child. Her words deeply hurt him, leaving him questioning his worth and struggling with the emotional pain of the situation.
Recounting his experience, he wrote:
“I graduated from FUTA last year. I met this girl from school and I opened up to her and gave her my all, she got pregnant January and she aborted immediately saying that I was too broke to be a father. Can’t forget her words ‘Shey na leaf you go feed the baby?’ To b e man no easy ajeh.”
