A Nigerian man has taken to social media to share his emotional experience after witnessing a pregnant woman in labour at the hospital, a moment that left him deeply moved to tears.
Identified on Facebook as Suleiman Enesi Umar, the young man recounted the heartbreaking scene he encountered when he visited the hospital to see a friend who had been involved in an accident.
According to him, watching the intense struggle and pain the woman endured during labour was an eye-opening moment that made him realize the depth of what women go through to bring life into the world.
He described the experience as overwhelming and admitted that it weakened his spirit, leading him to break down in tears.

“I can’t remember when last I cried but last Saturday I did & it was because of a woman I don’t know. I went to the hospital to visit a friend who had an accident & I saw a woman in labor. Witnessing all she went through to bring life into this world weakened my spirit. It’s not an easy process. May God bless our mothers & wives,” he wrote in a Facebook post.
