It is important to understand that the gender of a child is determined by the father's sperm, which carries either an X or Y chromosome. The mother's egg always carries an X chromosome, meaning that it is the father who determines the gender of the child. Therefore, blaming the mother for the gender of the child is not only unfair but also scientifically inaccurate.
