The lawyer emphasized that privacy is not just a social concept but a constitutional right in Nigeria, and as such, it is unlawful for any individual, even a partner in a romantic relationship, to demand this personal information from a woman. She also clarified that if a woman willingly chooses to disclose her body count, there is no violation of her privacy. However, she stated that pressuring, harassing, or intimidating a woman into revealing this private detail constitutes a serious breach of her rights.

In her words, she stated: "Asking a woman about her body count is a breach of her right to privacy. Even if she is your fiancée, learn to respect boundaries. If she voluntarily tells you, there is no breach of privacy, but pressuring, harassing, or intimidating her into revealing the number of sexual partners she has had is an invasion of her right to privacy. Mind you, the right to privacy is a constitutional right."

The lawyer’s comments have sparked discussion on social media, with many agreeing on the importance of respecting personal boundaries and privacy in relationships.
