A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to express her frustration and disappointment after an unusual incident involving a dispatch rider who allegedly tampered with her recent food order.
According to the woman, she had placed an order for a loaf of bread through a well-known online food delivery platform, expecting to receive her order in perfect condition. However, upon receiving the delivery, she was shocked to discover that a significant portion of the bread was missing.
The woman claimed that the dispatch rider had allegedly removed about 10 slices from the loaf before delivering it to her. To further conceal the act, the rider reportedly tied the remaining portion with a black ribbon, hoping that she wouldn’t notice the missing slices.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the lady shared her ordeal, expressing her anger over the incident while calling out the food delivery service for not properly vetting their riders before hiring them.
She wrote:
“Chowdeck should screen their riders properly before employing them. This bastard took over 10 slices from the bread I ordered and tied the nylon with a black ribbon. I’m so pissed right now.”
