Business lady laments online after receiving an eviction notice for the rented shop she had invested her own money to renovate. The lady, known on social media as @adesola2348, shared the emotional story of the ordeal, highlighting the losses her business has suffered due to this sudden turn of events. She expressed her frustration and disappointment at the situation, revealing her efforts in turning the shop into a functional and appealing space for her business.
In her post, the lady shared a video montage that captured the state of the shop when she initially rented it, followed by footage of the extensive renovations she carried out to transform the space into something much better. The final transformation of the shop showed the improvements she made, giving it a polished look, which she hoped would benefit her business in the long term.
However, to her surprise and distress, she received a message informing her that she was being asked to vacate the shop. The eviction notice, which was shared in part by the lady, read, “...You currently owe a rent arrears which the property owner is currently willing to waive if the needful is done asap.”
After sharing the video, the businesswoman wrote on her social media page, “It’s well with my soul.” Despite the setback, she showed a sense of resilience in the face of adversity, indicating that she would move forward from this situation with hope.
