Lady expresses outrage online after discovering that a hospital administered an expired IV drip to her critically ill mother.
The lady, identified as @odunbaby24, took to her social media accounts to share the shocking experience, posting photos of the expired drip and her mother's condition.
According to the post, her mother had been seriously ill and needed the IV drip. However, upon closer inspection, the lady realized that the drip being administered to her mother had already expired in September.
The lady immediately confronted the nurses about the expired drip, but they attempted to justify the situation, claiming that the expiry date on medical products is often just three months ahead of the actual expiration date.
In her emotional post, she wrote: “Omooo I’m really mad rn! My mum is at the hospital taking drip and I just discovered that the drip is expired🤦🏿♀️ Ahhhhhh I’m trying not to scatter this place.”
