Nigerian music sensation, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, made a surprising statement revealing that he, like everyone else, requires money. The talented singer took to his Twitter account on Saturday to address the notion that he may not have financial needs, particularly in response to a fan who offered to provide his bank account details for a giveaway. Rema initiated the conversation by inquiring about the well-being of his fans. He wrote, "You guys OK? just checking in❤️". One of his followers, @ommies_official, took the opportunity to express the collective desire for financial assistance, suggesting that they needed money urgently and even proposed sharing their account details. In his words, "We're okay ooo but e be like say we need money make we drop AZA." In a rather candid response, Rema acknowledged the fan's plea and candidly admitted that he, too, has financial requirements. He stated that the reason he continues to participate in music shows is that he needs money like anyone else. Taking to Twitter, Rema responded to the fan's request, saying, "Brother all of us need money, if I no need money I for no dey go show."
