A disturbing incident involving a Nigerian pregnant wife has sparked outrage online, as reports claim she suffered a miscarriage after being brutally beaten by her husband, who then allegedly abandoned her unconscious on the floor while continuing to eat and watch TV.
The shocking story emerged on a social media platform, X (formerly Twitter), where a witness shared the horrifying details of the incident.
The post was shared by a woman who claimed to have witnessed the aftermath, narrating how the heavily pregnant wife was subjected to extreme domestic violence and later discovered unconscious by a woman who collects ajo (a traditional savings system).
According to the witness, the woman was found bleeding and barely alive. The ajo collector quickly called for help, and concerned neighbors rushed the victim to a nearby hospital. Despite receiving medical attention and surviving the ordeal, the woman tragically lost her unborn child.
The account also revealed that the husband was initially unreachable during the critical period when his wife was discovered. Further investigation led to a shocking discovery—he had been at home, eating and watching TV as if nothing had happened.

“You guys, I just got home. One animal in human form beat his wife till she had a miscarriage today in my area and left her unconscious for hours at home. It was a close friend who collects ajo that found her bleeding and unconscious.”
“She called people around, and they rushed her to the hospital. The husband was nowhere to be found and wasn’t answering his calls. She survived but lost the baby. She had a lot of bruises on her body.”
“She told her friends everything that happened, and they took matters into their own hands. They hired someone to confront the husband since he likes fighting.”
“When they got to his house, they found him eating and watching TV. The man they hired challenged him to a hand-to-hand fight. The husband was beaten mercilessly.”
“It was my area people who came to separate the fight. This couple married last year February, and they haven’t even been married for a year.”
