King Chidi's tweets have rapidly spread across various social media platforms, triggering a fervent and impassioned debate among netizens.
In his candid remarks, Chidi contends that the expenditure of substantial sums on bride prices, elaborate marriage lists, and lavish wedding ceremonies for women who have had multiple sexual partners in the past is an act of folly.
He draws an analogy between this customary ritual and indirectly compensating all the men who were previously involved in relationships with the woman, essentially rendering their interactions fee-less.
