[p]The medical specialist was detained by authorities after their inquiry, and he admitted to committing the stated offense. The Cyber Crimes Prohibition and Prevention Act of 2015's provision 24(1)(a)(b)(i) has been violated, according to authorities. No plea was accepted when the matter was brought up due to lack of authority. Inspector S. O. Itodo, the police investigator, told the court that the issue was still under review. He requested a new date so that the prosecution could present its case.
