A businessman by the name of Chuka Emmanuel has filed a lawsuit against his wife at the Customary Court in Jikwoyi, Abuja. The reason behind the lawsuit is his wife's secret marriage to another man. According to the husband, identified as Jane, he is seeking the dissolution of their marriage. The husband informed the court that he discovered his wife's second marriage after she left their matrimonial home three years ago and relocated to a different neighborhood. The businessman further revealed that he has been solely responsible for caring for their three children since her departure in 2020. He expressed his shock and disappointment upon finding out that his wife had married another man and already had a child with him. In light of these circumstances, he is requesting the court to dissolve their marriage and grant him custody of their three sons. Additionally, he pleaded with the court to prevent his wife from visiting their children in his absence to avoid any potential influence against him.
