Thomas Tuchel [/b]is already frustrated at Bayern Munich as he smashed a training pole in half on Thursday, April 27.
The former Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain head coach, who has been in charge of Bayern for seven games, has only won two games since taking over from Julian Nagelsmann. This has led club executives to question whether Tuchel is the right man for the job, especially since Bayern has been knocked out of every cup competition they entered. Their remaining focus is on winning the Bundesliga for the 11th consecutive time.
During training on Thursday, Tuchel was dissatisfied with the performance of the Bayern players in the final game on the diamond small field. He tried to correct the attacking patterns and player movement several times, but his efforts were futile. Frustrated, Tuchel grabbed a slalom pole and broke it with his knee while discussing the issue with his assistant coaches.[/p

Tuchel has resisted calls for his resignation and remains determined to fight for his job with Bayern. Despite only signing a two-year deal last month, Tuchel faces an uphill battle if he is to see out that contract. Currently, Dortmund sits at the top of the Bundesliga table, one point above Bayern Munich, who will be facing Hertha Berlin this weekend.
