The French winger, who joined Bayern from Crystal Palace for £60 million, wasted no time showcasing his talent. Olise was brought on as a substitute in the 77th minute and made a significant impact within two minutes by assisting Kingsley Coman for Bayern’s third goal of the match. His quick dribble inside the box set up the pass that led to the goal.

In addition to Olise’s standout performance, Harry Kane continued his impressive form from last season. The English striker, who also made his debut in this match, scored the fourth goal in injury time. With this goal, Kane has now scored on his debuts in the Bundesliga, Champions League, and DFB-Pokal, becoming only the second Bayern player after Leroy Sane to achieve this feat.

Following the match, new manager Vincent Kompany, overseeing his first competitive game for Bayern, expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance, particularly for maintaining a clean sheet.
