Odion Ighalo emulated a famous celebration of Lionel Messi on Tuesday night when he scored for his team, Al-Hilal, during a Riyadh derby against Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr. The Nigerian footballer managed to convert two penalties and led his team to a big win. He scored the first goal before the half-time break and quickly doubled his tally just after the hour mark. After scoring his second goal, Ighalo copied one of Lionel Messi's most famous celebrations for Argentina. He knelt down and looked towards the heavens with both arms raised, a tribute to the Argentine superstar's goal celebrations. A video of the celebration can be seen in the embedded tweet.

Before the match started, fans of the opposing team taunted Cristiano Ronaldo by chanting Messi's name loudly. Ronaldo also received a yellow card during the game. Ighalo is set to play against Al-Ittihad in the King's Cup of Champions semi-finals on Sunday, April 23rd.
