[/p]Former Liverpool defender, Andre Wisdom, has criticized Chelsea's interim manager, Frank Lampard, whom he previously played under at Derby County. In an interview with The Beautiful Game Podcast, Wisdom spoke about his personal experience with Lampard, claiming that he has a "poor management style".
Wisdom recalled a specific incident where Lampard screamed at him after a game where they lost 4-0. According to Wisdom, Lampard's outburst was not related to football but was more about him as a person, which he found strange. Lampard reportedly said some things that Wisdom found very strange, such as commenting on his walking speed and accusing him of bullying people. Wisdom stated that he has never raised his voice at anyone and does not behave in the manner that Lampard described.
Wisdom went on to say that he finds Lampard's management style strange and that he expected more from him as a man. Lampard returned to Stamford Bridge as the interim manager last month after the club sacked Graham Potter. However, the Chelsea legend has had a torrid start to his second stint as manager, losing all six matches in charge.
