[p]On Sunday, June 4, London police made an announcement regarding the arrest of a Manchester United fan who was photographed wearing an extremely offensive shirt during the FA Cup final against Manchester City .
The shirt in question featured the number 97 on the back, with the words 'not enough' displayed across the top.

The disaster occurred during Liverpool's FA Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest on April 15, 1989, at Sheffield's stadium, where a crush resulted in the fatalities.
Following the circulation of the fan's picture on social media, the Metropolitan Police Events division confirmed that the individual was arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offense during the FA Cup Final held at Wembley.
The English Football Association swiftly denounced the fan's actions, issuing a statement that read:
"The FA strongly condemns the actions of the individual who wore a shirt referencing the Hillsborough disaster ahead of the Emirates FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium.

Our security team were able to quickly locate the individual based on the image, and we welcome the swift action which was then taken by the police.
"We will not tolerate abuse relating to Hillsborough or any football tragedy at Wembley Stadium, and we will continue to work with the authorities to ensure strong action is taken against perpetrators."
Manchester City emerged victorious in the FA Cup final with a 2-1 scoreline, courtesy of two goals from Ilkay Gundogan at Wembley.
Furthermore, the police confirmed that an additional 22 individuals were arrested during the final for various offenses, including assault, affray, drug possession, and disorderly conduct while under the influence.
However, at present, no arrests have been made regarding an incident in which an object was thrown onto the pitch, appearing to strike Manchester United's Victor Lindelof shortly after Bruno Fernandes equalized from the penalty spot.
