Popular wellness coach, Maje Ayida has threw shots at his estranged wife, Toke Makinwa whom.fired the shot first at him.
According to Maje, via an Instagram post, no matter how physically healthy you are, if your mind and your head are not in the right place you are still going to be unhealthy.
