Black Sherif Reveals How He Met And Collaborated With Burna Boy

Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kweku Frimpong, also known as Black Sherif, a talented Ghanaian singer and performer, explained in a recent interview how he met Grammy award-winning Burna Boy for their collaboration on the remix of 'Second Sermon.' 

Poco Lee, a prominent Nigerian dancer, may have been the one who played the singer's song to Burna Boy, who subsequently came out to him through his management to explore collaborating.

Black Sherif said:

“I don't know who played the song for Burna but I think Poco played my song for Burna. Burna loved the sound. Someone from Burna's team then reached out to me. We talked for like 20 minutes”
