In his post, Yul Edochie pointed out that many individuals claim to be born again, often abandoning behaviors like wearing flashy clothes, using makeup, or engaging in drinking and smoking. However, he emphasized that these external changes do not address the deeper issue—wickedness that may still linger in their hearts.

He wrote, “Some people will tell you they are now born again. They stop wearing flashy clothes, stop wearing makeup, quit drinking and smoking, but the wickedness in their hearts remain untouched.”

Yul went on to remind his followers that God is not focused on outward appearances such as style of dressing, but rather on the condition of one's heart, specifically how they treat others. He continued, “Stop deceiving yourself, God is not interested in your style of dressing or all that, he’s interested in how you treat your fellow human beings.”

The actor concluded by asserting that being born again is about living a life that reflects the teachings of Christ, which includes treating others with love and respect, just as you would wish to be treated. He emphasized that true Christian living is not about outward appearances but about embodying the core principles of kindness and compassion.
