The country’s first Mr Supranational Nigeria, Ugochukwu Nwokolo, has sparked a wave of discussions and debates across various social media platforms following his recent remarks on relationships and marriage. He openly expressed his preference for dating and marrying poor girls, highlighting reasons he believes men should consider choosing them as life partners.
During an engaging session on the popular podcast, The Honest Bunch, hosted by renowned OAP Nedu Wazobia and his team, the fashion icon and model elaborated on his unconventional stance. Nwokolo shared deeply personal views, asserting that poor women possess certain qualities that make them more attractive and suitable for marriage compared to their wealthier counterparts.
In the discussion, Nwokolo shared his perspective on dating and marriage, stating that he finds “poor girls” more marriageable and attractive than their wealthier counterparts.
The model claimed that poorer women possess a spiritual devotion and fertility advantage that makes them ideal for marriage.
He highlighted their perceived commitment to early morning prayers, specifically mentioning the popular NSPPD prayer sessions, as a quality that turns him on.
“Poor girls turn me on; the poorer the girl, the more attracted I am to her. Only a poor woman will wake up by 7 a.m to pray for you, do NSPPD, pray for her husband. Marry a poor girl, when it comes to fertility, poor women can be so fertile!” Nwokolo declared.
