Celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest, has firmly reiterated his stance on his friendship with popular Nigerian artist, Burna Boy, amidst their ongoing online feud.
The online brawl between the two public figures began when Burna Boy publicly accused Cubana Chief Priest of fraudulent activities. The accusation sparked widespread reactions, drawing attention to the animosity between the pair.
Adding fuel to the fire, Burna Boy extended his support to a Kenyan woman who has been widely reported to be Cubana Chief Priest’s alleged baby mama. The woman had previously reached out publicly, narrating her struggles and revealing she had become homeless. Burna Boy’s gesture of assistance to the woman appeared to escalate the tension between him and Cubana Chief Priest.
Amidst these developments, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram Story to issue a strongly worded statement, asserting that the feud between him and Burna Boy is permanent and that he could never regard Burna Boy as a brother. He explained that Burna Boy had attacked both his business and his family, leaving no room for reconciliation.
In his words, he wrote:
“The battle na for life. All this strategy no go work. You don go for my business, go for my family, wetin remain, absolute nothing.
If you like, do 700,000 meetings; me and you no fit be brothers. I dey my own, you find me come. Let’s do this. My album is coming. I go follow una do the music business.”
