Previously, VeryDarkMan had announced that his NGO’s website had been hacked, leading to the theft of ₦180 million. Following public outrage and mixed reactions to the incident, he provided a new update confirming that a portion of the funds had been recovered. He stated that the arrested suspect admitted that his accomplice, who is in possession of the remaining money, had fled to Ghana.
