He revealed that ₦78 million has been successfully recovered from the hackers who had previously stolen ₦180 million from the NGO’s account. However, according to VeryDarkMan, an accomplice holding the remaining funds has reportedly fled to Ghana. Previously, VeryDarkMan had announced that his NGO’s website had been hacked, leading to the theft of ₦180 million. Following public outrage and mixed reactions to the incident, he provided a new update confirming that a portion of the funds had been recovered. He stated that the arrested suspect admitted that his accomplice, who is in possession of the remaining money, had fled to Ghana.
