Talent manager, Ubi Franklin has come out to blast Samklef for mocking Davido following his loss at the 67th Grammys that took place on 2nd February, 2025 in Los Angeles.
It was a significant event in the music world as the 67th Grammys recognized artists across various categories, with many fans eagerly awaiting the results, especially in the Best African Music Performance category. Davido, who had been nominated for his work in this category, unfortunately lost to Tems, who took home the prestigious award.
Following the results, Samklef took to his X page to make light of the situation, mocking Davido for once again failing to win a Grammy despite being nominated. In his post, Samklef suggested that had Davido won the award, the internet would have been filled with noise and celebrations.
