Singer, Tiwatope Savage, popularly known as Tiwa Savage, recently met with Queen Consort, Camilla, at Buckingham Palace.
On International Women’s Day, the Queen Consort hosted inspiring women from across society—from entrepreneurs and athletes to entertainers and authors—at the Buckingham Palace.
Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage was among the VIP guests at the event, and she took to her Instagram page to share lovely moments from the reception.
Sharing a photo of herself shaking hands with Queen Consort, Camilla, Tiwa Savage wrote, “Proverbs 18:16-17. A man’s gift maketh room for him, And bringeth him before great men. International Women’s Day Reception at Buckingham Palace with HRH The Queen Consort @theroyalfamily”.
In other news, Tiwa Savage, will be making her acting debut in an upcoming feature film.
The 43-year-old made this known in a post on her Instagram page on Wednesday, February 15.
According to her, the upcoming movie titled “Water and Garri” got its name from her 2021 extended playlist. she also revealed that she co-directed the movie with ace video director Meji Alabi.
Sharing photos of her on set with directors, Tiwa Savage wrote, “This is about to be an ICONIC moment. My first calling and co-directing debut with the GOAT @meji Alabi.”
