Nigerian singer, Oludipe David, popularly known as Spyro, has recently revealed a disturbing incident where someone attempted to blackmail him by threatening to leak an alleged sex tape.[/b]
The artist shared this unsettling experience in a series of emotional rants on his Instagram story on Tuesday, where he explained the circumstances surrounding the blackmail attempt. Spyro went on to clarify that this attempt came right after he had called the individual out for wronging him, expressing his frustration with how things had unfolded.
In his post, Spyro expressed his dismay at the fact that the person behind the blackmail attempt was reportedly a religious individual. He further emphasized his belief that some of the worst liars and scammers hide behind their religious facades, using their positions to perpetrate evil and manipulate others. He remarked that these individuals often quote holy scriptures to defend their actions and use emotional manipulation to further their agendas.
According to Spyro, after confronting the person about their wrongdoings, the individual responded by quoting religious scriptures and, shockingly, sent threat messages about releasing a supposed sex tape. Additionally, the individual made claims about a woman who allegedly said she was pregnant with Spyro’s child, further adding to the emotional turmoil he was experiencing at the time.
