Skales added that the replies on his account during the beef were from the lady he was dating at the time. The two artists had exchanged insults on Twitter in 2015 after Skales said that Wizkid was too busy for him when asked about a possible collaboration.
Speaking in a recent interview with Echo Room, Skales had revealed that he had meant that as a joke but that the singer had misinterpreted it.
He revealed that it was his friend who had called to inform him that WizKid was cussing his dad on Twitter over what he had said.Skales said that the replies which came from his account at the time wasn’t even from him but the lady he was dating at the time.
He added that he had felt insulted by the whole thing, but attributed it to the possibility that WizKid might have been in a bad mood at the time.
