Nigerian dancer, Janemena, has taken to social media to seek advice from other mothers regarding a constant motherhood experience she goes through.
Janemena, who is a mother of one, recently shared a post where she revealed that she always gets unhappy whenever she starts pumping milk for her baby. She posted two pictures, one showing her with the pumping equipment and the other with the expressed milk in a bottle.
In her post, she expressed her confusion and asked fellow mothers if they also experienced similar emotions while nursing their children. She wrote, "Does this happen to any mum who pumps!? Whenever I'm pumping, I get so sad, unhappy, overthinking, and start crying most times. Now, pumping doesn't hurt so I don't understand why that happens. The very minute it comes off my chest, I'm good again. It's super crazy, and it's just like magic."
Janemena's post has generated reactions from her followers, with many mothers relating to her experience and offering advice and support. The post has also sparked conversations on the emotional toll of motherhood and the need for mothers to prioritize their mental health and seek help when needed.
