Nigerian singer, rapper, and songwriter, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has engaged in a heated exchange with Nollywood actress Laide Bakare after she labeled him a dirty boy from Sango during an interview. Portable retaliated by asserting his financial capability, boldly stating that he can buy and marry her.
The controversy unfolded when Bakare, responding to personal questions, discussed issues such as her child's paternity and claimed that Portable had made vulgar comments on her social media page. She criticized Portable, referring to him as a "dirty mad boy from Sango."
In a subsequent video, Portable responded by cautioning Bakare against influencing his wife negatively. He emphasized that Bakare had previously expressed her willingness to cheat if her husband cheated, leading him to advise against any association with his wife.
Portable then escalated the situation by boldly declaring, “You called me a dirty boy, but I can buy you. Who is your husband? Tell me your husband.” He proceeded to make several sensitive statements, expressing his financial prowess in the process.
