Popular singer, Portable has announced an increase in his show performance fee just a few days after being granted bail.
It would be recalled that the musician recently faced legal troubles after he was accused of assaulting some government officials. The allegations against him led to his arrest and subsequent court proceedings, drawing significant attention from fans and the public.
After pleading not guilty to the charges leveled against him, he was granted bail set at N2M, allowing him temporary freedom pending the outcome of his case.
Following his release, Portable took to his Instagram page to make a public statement about his new outlook on life. He emphasized that he is no longer interested in getting involved in unnecessary problems, as his main focus is now on making money and growing his wealth.
As part of this shift in focus, the ‘Zazoo’ crooner announced a revision of his show appearance fee, stating that he will no longer accept bookings below a certain amount.
He clearly stated that he now charges N20M per show and warned that anyone who cannot afford his new rate should not bother reaching out for bookings.
In his words, he said:
“Zazuu na money I dey look for I no dey look for wahala again. If you get N20M for show japa. as dog dey run money dey go. Dm for show bookings I dey active.”
