Controversial Nigerian singer, Portable, has sparked reactions after commenting on a viral photo of fellow artist Tiwa Savage. During a TikTok live session, Portable urged Tiwa to reconsider her choice of outfits, advising her to respect her age and avoid posting revealing photos. He also declared an interest in dating her, adding another layer to his statement.
Portable's remarks followed a recent interview with Tiwa Savage on Beat FM, where she boldly asserted her dominance in the Nigerian music scene. Just after the interview, Tiwa shared bold photos of herself wearing a top and pants, which many interpreted as a confident statement of her personal style.
However, Portable took issue with Tiwa's outfit, noting that she is in her 40s and suggesting that her revealing images may attract the wrong kind of attention, mostly from younger audiences, including himself.
During his live stream, Portable said, "Everyone should please warn Tiwa Savage to stop wearing panties alone while snapping pictures if not, it’s only young boys that will be asking her out. She is over 40 years and I have been listening to her songs since I was little. She is tempting me too but I am trying to take my eyes off. How can mummy be wearing pant; it’s entering my eyes, I will sleep with her," he said in a partly humorous but controversial tone.
