Controversial Nigerian music star, Portable, continues to criticize his colleague Davido, accusing him of exploiting their interaction to gain social media attention.
It would be recalled that Davido had hosted Portable to a dinner in Atlanta, US.
However, Portable later accused the singer of giving him bad advice during their time in America, leading to a rift between them. This conflict escalated when Davido unfollowed Portable on Instagram, further fueling Portable’s outrage.
In a recent online video, Portable reiterated his claims that Davido exploited him solely to generate publicity for himself.
According to Portable, Davido should have collaborated with him rather than using their encounter for clout-chasing purposes.
“Davido ripped me. You invited me out for dinner, posted about me, but didn’t give me a verse, didn’t give me money, just used me to trend. $10,000 wouldn’t have been bad if you had given me that at least,” he expressed in part.
