Music promoter, Paulo, has responded to Spyro’s recent claims that he never earned any money while signed to the show promoter’s record label.
It was previously mentioned that during an interview, Spyro revealed that he had been signed to a record label owned by Paulo. However, according to the singer, he did not make any money during his 2-year contract with the label.
In the interview, Spyro explained that during his time at the record label, he would often borrow money from Paulo whenever he needed it. Despite the situation, Spyro stated that Paulo was a kind-hearted individual but lacked understanding of the business side of managing a record label.
Responding to Spyro’s comments, Paulo took to his Instagram story to provide his side of the story. He clarified that payments were made on Spyro’s behalf while he was signed to the record label and shared the details of the financial support he extended to the artist during that period. Paulo further revealed that he had invested a total of N12 million in Spyro's career but regrettably never saw any return on that investment.
Paulo’s post sheds light on the reality of the situation, as he expressed his disappointment with the lack of success in recouping his investment from Spyro's time at the label. See his post below…
