Wunmi Aloba, [/b]wife of late Nigerian singer, Mohbad, has opened up about her ongoing dispute with her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, [/b]accusing him of attempting to take control of the late singer’s properties while also mistreating his grandson.
Mohbad passed away on September 24, 2023, and despite multiple court hearings, public outcry, and official investigations, the exact cause of his death remains unresolved, fueling speculations and controversies.
Since Mohbad’s passing, tensions have risen between his wife and her father-in-law, with Joseph Aloba making several allegations against Wunmi, including claims that she was involved in circumstances surrounding the singer’s tragic death.
Meanwhile, Mohbad’s wife has finally spoken out about dispute with her father-in-law.
In an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Wunmi opened up about the challenges she has faced since her husband’s demise, revealing that she receives death threats continuously via direct messages (DM).
According to Wunmi, her father-in-law has been cruel to his grandson, Liam, citing hurtful remarks about his bow legs and age-shaming.
“We no longer feel safe. My father-in-law wanted to be in control of my husband’s property. He said Liam has a bone leg and that they don’t have such a child in their family”,She stated.
