Actor Mofe Duncan has weighed in on the incident involving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's fall during the Democracy Day commemoration.
The public spotlighted Tinubu’s fall after he slipped while attempting to climb onto a car meant for the parade.
A viral video showed Tinubu losing his footing, promptly assisted back up by an aide.
Other political figures expressing sympathy include Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the PDP.
In response to the video that went viral, Mofe Duncan claimed that Tinubu’s fall was a graphic depiction of the collapsed Nigeria’s economy.
“Visual representation of how our economy fell,” he wrote.
