Fuji icon King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as KWAM 1, honored his longest-serving band member Fatai Oluperi Ayinla with a generous gift of N20 million. The event took place during the New Year Dance, held on Wednesday, January 1, at the Balmoral Convention Center, Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
During the concert, KWAM 1 praised Oluperi Ayinla for his dedication to the band and how he has been a great asset to the band.
While heaping praises on Oluperi Ayinla, KWAM 1 presented a whooping N20 million to the band member expressing his contribution to the growth and dedication of the band.
While presenting the money, there were cheers from the gathered crowd.
Aside from the money KWAM 1 gifted Oluperi Ayinla, the Seven Doors producer, Femi Adebayo donated the sum of N500k to Oluperi Ayinla as well.
