Sonia Ighalo is resolute in breaking her silence regarding her divorce from her ex-husband, Jude Ighalo, even after finding love anew.
Merely hours ago, Sonia, the estranged wife of the Nigerian footballer, unveiled her mystery lover on her Instagram story.
The mother of three shared an image of her new partner, concealing his face with an emoji while expressing her admiration for him.
Now, Sonia revealed that she had separated from Jude in 2019, reconciled in 2021, and terminated the relationship in 2022 without his consent.
She explained that the football player had sought reconciliation, and she had agreed, primarily for the sake of their children.
Sonia claimed that due to family commitments and her frequent travels between Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Nigeria with the kids, they chose to keep their relationship discreet.
In her divorce petition, Sonia asserted that Jude Ighalo concealed their reconciliation from his family out of fear that they would disrupt it. She wished her successor good luck.
