Nigerian thespian, Iyabo Ojo, has taken to social media to celebrate her friend, MC Oluomo, on the occasion of his 48th birthday. Despite having been at loggerheads recently over having different presidential candidates belonging to separate political parties, Iyabo put their differences aside to celebrate MC Oluomo.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, Iyabo shared a photo of herself and MC Oluomo, with the caption, "Happy birthday to my dear friend and padi for life, MC Oluomo, Ayinde mi owon, Gbade wolu 1, I'm obediently wishing you the very best in life & God bless your new age 🙏 🤍."
This caption caught the attention of her fans, who took to the comment section to react to her post. Some fans commended her for putting their differences aside to celebrate her friend, while others criticized her for using the word "obediently" in her caption.
It will be recalled that MC Oluomo had claimed in a trending video to have been financially supportive of Iyabo Ojo. However, despite their recent differences, it is evident that Iyabo still holds MC Oluomo in high esteem, as she joined his other friends in celebrating him on his special day.
Many other friends of MC Oluomo have also taken to social media to wish him a happy birthday, and it is clear that the NURTW boss is loved and respected by many.
