Chef Dammy gained significant online recognition when she undertook the challenge of breaking Hilda Baci's 120-hour cooking record in the Guinness World Record competition.
In her narrative, Chef Dammy shared the disturbing experiences she endured, including threats, curses, and insults from what she referred to as "men of God" for months following her cook-a-thon.
Chef Dammy's own words reflect her ordeal: "By the time we are done with you, you will not be able to stand on your feet again" - a statement from the so-called "people of God." She faced countless insults, curses, threats, and bullying. She alluded to the biblical verse 1 Peter 4:17, suggesting that judgment should begin from the house of God.
She recounted that when the man of God first challenged her, he failed and warned her to prepare for a battle. This led her to question whether these "people of God" were truly godly.
Chef Dammy revealed that if she had perished a few days ago, people would have better understood the trials she had been enduring, based on the testimony of those around her. Despite the challenges, she aimed to share her testimony for others to learn from.
She emphasized her faith in an undefeatable God, standing strong against those who sought her destruction. Despite living in constant fear for her life, she continued to move forward, seemingly unfazed by the relentless attacks she faced for the past four months.
