[p]Davido, the popular Nigerian singer, has announced the rebranding and relaunch of his record label, DMW (Davido Music Worldwide), by adding two new artists to the label. The news was informally announced by the singer while unveiling the tracklist of his upcoming album, ‘Timeless’. The two new artists signed to the label are Morravey and Logos Olori, both of whom are featured on the album. In a statement released by the DMW management on Wednesday, they confirmed the signing of Morravey, a singer/songwriter from Port Harcourt with a unique talent for blending Afro sounds, and Logos Olori, a sensational Afrobeats artist who takes inspiration from his Yoruba heritage. The DMW label, which is home to Peruzzi, Liya, May D, and Dremo, has been rebranded as DMW 2.0 and is expected to be relaunched soon. Mayorkun, Lil Frosh, and Yonda were also previously signed to the label.
