Netizens took to social media to express their disappointment with the movie's producers for misleading them about Ninalowo's role in the film.
Following the online backlash, Bolanle Ninalowo took to his verified Instagram account to express his apologies to his fans regarding the controversy surrounding his absence from the movie.
He clarified that he was actually featured in a mockumentary titled 'Distraction: The Extraction of Don', which was inspired by 'Extraction 2'.
In his Instagram post, he wrote, "I AM SORRY YOU GUYS WERE DISTRACTED. You know I you!!! Now let's see The Extraction of Don!!! A Netflix mockumentary inspired by Extraction 2."
The mockumentary film, titled 'Distraction: The Extraction of Don', follows a group of dangerous mercenaries who kidnap creative director Donovon Goliath in an attempt to extract his Netflix password.
