Social media influencer, Daniel Regha, has voiced his disapproval of individuals who excessively take advantage of Black Friday deals to purchase more than they need.
In a tweet shared on Thursday, Regha expressed frustration over the rapid exhaustion of products during Black Friday sales, pointing out that greed often drives people to exploit the opportunity to stockpile items beyond reasonable limits.
He specifically noted that sections for essential goods like noodles and affordable beverages were completely cleared out, leaving shelves empty and making it difficult for others to access those items. He added that he observed some shoppers struggling to push their overfilled carts, which he described as an unnecessary display of excess.
Regha criticized this behavior, labeling it inconsiderate and unfair to other shoppers. He emphasized that Black Friday should be an opportunity for everyone to benefit from discounts, not just a few who hoard goods for personal gain or to restock their shops.
The influencer urged consumers to exercise restraint by buying only what they genuinely need and can use in the short term. According to him, this approach would allow more people to find what they need when they arrive, ensuring a fairer and more enjoyable shopping experience for all.
Regha’s comments have since sparked a conversation on social media, with many debating the ethics of bulk buying during sales events like Black Friday.
