Ashluxe CEO, Olayinka Ashogbon has addressed the recent controversy involving his security guards who sprayed tear gas on Nollywood actresses Caroline Danjuma and Shan George.
Caroline Danjuma had publicly criticized Ashluxe and threatened legal action after the incident, which occurred when she and Shan George parked in front of the company's store.

In his response, the CEO acknowledged being informed about the unfortunate event that transpired on their office premises and confirmed that it has been reported to the relevant authorities. He mentioned that his organization is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
Olayinka Ashogbon also expressed his personal regret and extended his heartfelt sympathy to both actresses. He emphasized that Ashluxe does not support or condone any form of violence, harassment, or assault.
In his statement, he said: “I have been made aware of the incident that occurred on our office premises on Saturday, 18.08.2024 [8:30pm-10:00pm]. Upon learning of the situation, it was promptly reported to the relevant authorities, and we are cooperating fully with their ongoing inquiry and investigation. I sincerely empathize with Ms. Carolyna Hutchings and Ms. Shan George regarding the unfortunate events and have personally reached out to them. Our organization does not condone or support violence, assault, or harassment in any form.
